I never would have chosen a hot tub brand that wasn’t serviceable. There are lots of quality hot tubs out there, but Northern Hot Tubs has everything in one and also support to help start it. Other companies are very big and there are lots of people selling them, so you’re just a number, here at Northern Hot Tubs we have more of a relationship.”
