Business-to-Business Policy Notice
Northern Hot Tubs primarily operates as a business-to-business (B2B) supplier. As such, we do not maintain a standard consumer return program. All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Warranty & Dealer Support
For our authorized dealers, product issues are typically handled through manufacturer warranties and warranty credits, rather than product returns. Dealers should follow established warranty claim procedures.
Return Requests (Case-by-Case Basis)
In limited circumstances, return requests may be considered. Approval is at the sole discretion of Northern Leisure Products Ltd.
If a return is approved:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging may be required
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Installed or used products
- Special order or custom products
