For Chris, joining Northern Leisure isn't simply a career move; it's the continuation of relationships and shared values that stretch back more than twenty years.
Many within the industry know Chris from his leadership roles at Hydropool and later the Jacuzzi Group, where he built a reputation for helping dealers improve sales performance, profitability, customer experience, and event marketing success. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside independent retailers from coast to coast, earning the trust and respect of dealers throughout Canada.
"I've spent more than 20 years helping dealers grow their businesses," says Dawe. "There are some very natural synergies between my approach and the Northern Leisure approach. We've been preaching from the same songbook for years, just from different companies."
As Business Development Director, Chris will focus on dealer growth, business development, event sales strategies, and expanding the Northern Leisure dealer network nationwide. His extensive experience includes hundreds of dealer events and consumer shows throughout North America, giving him unique insight into what drives success at the retail level.
Chris believes today's dealers need more than just products; they need strong partnerships, proven systems, and support that helps them navigate an increasingly competitive marketplace.
